Pam Minix, broker, is a Sterling College graduate and has owned and managed the agency since Janualy 1, 1997. She has a great customer service and customer satisfaction record. She has excellent knowledge of the real estate business and understands the local market trends having lived in Lyons since 1965. Pam and her husband, Jerry, have been in business in Lyons since 1973 serving the area as insurance professionals for 18 years as well as running a credit reporting agency for 15 years.
Jerry Minix, licensee (husband), is also a Sterling College graduate and has been fulltime with Minix Realty since July of 1997. Having served as mayor of Lyons and on the local school board, he has expertise in those areas which are beneficial to potential real estate buyers or sellers. He has been a licensed realtor in Kansas for almost 20 years.
