Minix Realty manages approximately 23 single family rental properties, one multi-family apartment building with six (6) units, and one commercial office building with three (3) offices . In the future, this page will give addresses, pictures, rental amounts, and other information relative to each property we manage. We have a "no pets" and a "no smoking in the unit" policy as well as references required that are not family members.
Single Family House:
We have nothing available at this time.
Commercial Office Space:
We also have one office for rent, located at 109 North East Ave in Lyons that rents for $300.00 per month, plus $300.00 deposit and the utilites are paid by owner and included in the monthly rent of $300.00.
Apartments:
As of June 10, 2010, we have one (1) 1-bedroom apartment (could be two-bedroom) available for rent. The unit will rent for $350.00 with $350.00 security deposit--tenant will pay utilities; they are "all-electric" units. The unit could be available with 2-weeks notice of intent to rent.
